Strong pre-tension and a pronounced asymmetrical last force the foot into the significantly downward-angled toe box and enable extremely stable power transmission on the smallest footholds and ledges, which are so important for technical climbing!
_x000D_To ensure sensitive insertion of twisting movements and precise hooks, the midsole is kept quite soft and the heel is pulled far forward. This gives the midfoot sufficient flexibility with maximum support for the foot muscles.
The women's-specific Satori climbing shoes from Boreal are not all-round shoes, but were specifically designed for one purpose: to help demanding female climbers overcome the most difficult moves!
In our experience, Boral climbing shoes run very small – if in doubt, order a size larger (street shoe size or even larger, only for extremely ambitious climbers, a maximum of half a size smaller).
