A high-quality Dermizax NX membrane is used for reliable protection against the elements. It is part of the robust 3-layer construction and is refined with a DWR finish and taped seams. This achieves a reliable water column rating of at least 20,000 mm – with extra-high breathability of 28,000 g/m²/24h. For even more ventilation and easy donning and doffing, the touring pants are equipped with long two-way zippers on the sides.
Thigh pockets including a transceiver attachment, pre-shaped knees for unrestricted freedom of movement, adjustable leg cuffs with integrated gaiters, and the width-adjustable waistband with comfortable merino details demonstrate that the Ortler pants, despite their minimal design, are prepared for all eventualities.
